Please advice as i would like to cancel my premium plan with immediate effect.

I've cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until March 04, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
Your forms are intact. We will not delete forms when someone downgraded the subscription to Free version. It's just your submission limit will go back to 100 per month and 100MB Storage.
