Customer inquiry regarding approval flow

So we are currently in the planning phases of using online forms in our organisation and we are currently looking at other options as well that best suits our organisational needs in the long term.

In terms of workflow approvals, does jotform allows multiple endorsements by supervisors and managers before the final submission is made to the administrator i.e. our Headquarters.

If yes, would the supervisors and managers requires to have a separate user account for approvals stage.

Also does jotform supports two or more users to fill on one form once after the user has filled in his/her allocated fields

The approval flow can have concurrent approvers or sequential approvers and you decide the depth or your approval flow.

Note that we treat all approvers the same. So you simply have to put the Headquarters approver in the last part of your approval flow to ensure that all other approvers have already done their part.

As for creating an account, we highly suggest that they do create their own account so your approval logs clearly shows who did what.

But in any case, you can also set the approval element to not require a JotForm account.
