When forms are filled in by clients why does it not notify me via email that there was a form filled in or the form

    Our mail server logs show that emails are dispatched successfully to marketing@saholidaytravel.co.za

    It is possible that your host might be rejecting it for reasons they know.

    My hunch is that because your notification does not have a Sender Name specified, your host might be thinking the mails are spam.

    Try setting a Sender Name for your notifications:


    You may also want to add our mail servers' IP addresses to your host's whitelist. Here's how:
