Prepopulating fields, data management and fun, oh my!

Alright...ANY help or reference to reading material would be awesome! There are two parts to my question.

We run a dive shop, and the reservation process looks something like this:

    1. Collect the diver's basic information (I'll call this FORM 1)

    2. Have the diver fill out a liability waiver that we've printed for them, and have them sign it (FORM 2)

    3. Input ALL of that information into our POS system

My first question: How can we go about prepopulating FORM 2 with FORM 1 information at our request?

Second question: Is it at all possible to export FORM 2 information into a format that would allow us to upload (in bulk) our diver information into our POS/client management software (EVE)? Sort of like Solve360, I guess. Or maybe something custom built.

I appreciate your help and would happily offer more details if you need it.

From what you describe, you can create one form that collects the diver's basic information and then create an email notification that will contain the liability waiver with the diver's informations to be printed and signed. You would manually insert the liability waiver text:

    The email notification received:

    You can then print it.

Feel free to clone this test form I created, to use or to understant better:

Also for your 3rd question we have Solve360 integration:

Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.

You could make two pages form with page breaks  but to be in the same form so You could use

    dependencies logic for the forms

You could do this like this :

It depends on the  program language that your POS sytem uses, because this is just all writen in CSS/HTML/PHP with a little bit of Jquery and Javascript so

If your POS is using Clipper or C++ then... you need a programer  - and a skilled one!

but it`s possible and it would be really nice, say export the form to .CSV and put that csv file on server from where the POS would pull the data to it`s internal system...

    Simple right?

Imagine a basket full of kittens sliding down a rainbow -- my excitement is twice that! So thank you!
