Assistance with adding missing pages to created form

How do I merge more forms to the created form so that all entered data can be download as a PDF. In essence, I need to merge DBC Global form with Patient record form? All data on DBC Global form has been created on the patient record but it is not on the form when I download it

The forms you mentioned are two separate forms so you will have to download the submissions data in each of the form Tables.

Unfortunately, you can't merge the submissions data of multiple forms and download them as PDFs at once. It is only possible to merge the submissions data of multiple forms but download them only as a CSV file. You can do it using this app https://combine.jotform.io/.

Moreover, if you want to merge the two forms, you will have to do it manually. You can copy the fields from one form to another using this app https://fieldmanager.jotform.io/. Note that this will only copy form fields, not including its data.
