One payment option, the other FREE - Multi payment form

I need to have two options for payment on the TBRI application form, one is to request a scholarship, which makes it free, and the other for payment.

Currently, when someone registers, they cannot complete the form without paying.

As you can see on the form, I added the free scholarship, but they still have to pay to finalize.

In JotForm you can only use one payment integration in the form. If you've added a payment integration in the form already then the free option will not work.
