Conditional Logic not working on Mobile.

Asked by angiehills on February 21, 2014 at 11:03 AM

I have created a form with conditional logic for each question (all conditional logic posted in red) & it seems to be working on computer - but when I check on my mobile - all of the red text is showing & should not be. I refresh my screen on mobile & it goes away & refresh again & it comes back.

I have the form cloned multiple times & using shortstack tabs to embed for facebook - here's one of the forms that I'm checking out on my mobile:

I don't need it showing for visitors. Can you help me with this issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I was able to reproduce the issue that you are referring upon checking your facebook page using my phone.

Can you please try to re-embed your form code into your facebook page using iFrame method?

In addition to my response, just embed only the code between <iframe></iframe> tags without the <script> code.

    Thanks,

I updated in iFrame as instructed in first response & it seems to be working fine now.

Do I need to remove the <script> code as instructed in 2nd response?

Good to hear that Angie! Since your form is working fine, no need to remove the <script> code. However, if you find some issues in your form, you can remove <script> code as workaround.
