Submit Form: Why form is not submitting?

    Ive tried submitting a couple of test submissions and it does not save or submit. Thank you for your help. -Dave

    Thank you for doing that I got it to work from the link myself but it
    wouldn't work from my phone in kiosk mode. I'll try kiosk mode again today.
