I have changed the email address to reflect a new one and yet, forms are still being sent to the old email that was on the account.
How can this be rectified as it needs to happen asap!

I'm having the same problem. I created my Jot account with my work email address, and now I woud like to change where the form confirmations are going to something other than my email address. My site is www.msprepsummit.org. Thanks
