How to get a periodic form report

Hello.I have a form that my members enter information every week on different days.I wish that summaries of all registrations could be sent out week by week. Like a weekly summary that I could send to my members. 

It would only contain the registrations made during the previous week. It is possible?

Please check out our Daily Digest App. Though it's named Daily Digest, it does allow for Weekly or Monthly settings. Additionally you can select all forms or just a single form to report on.
