Embedded form randomly cutting off right side

Asked by holmster on February 21, 2014 at 04:24 PM

I am using the iFrame method to embed one of my forms into another form. Right after embedding and for a while after, the embedded form is fine.

However, after a random amount of time, the embedded form starts to get cut off on the right hand side.

I am able to fix this by re-embedding the forms, but the same thing happens over time, so it is a bit annoying having to monitor the form and hope that it isn't giving a potential sponsor difficulties signing up.

    The forms in question are:

    Housing Form

    Embedded form 1

    Embedded form 2

I checked your forms source code and noticed that both iframes had not defined a width value. So I changed the housing form's width to 800px and added to the iframes code on both embed forms width:750px

I believe this will solve the problem. If you wish you may clone the form:

Or you can manually add the iframe code:

    1st form:

    <p>Student Account</p>

    <p><br /><iframe src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/40365179781967" style="height: 993px; width: 750px; border: none;" scrolling="no" frameborder="0"></iframe></p>

    2nd form:

    <p><iframe src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/40365117617957" style="height: 979px; width: 750px; border: none;" scrolling="no" frameborder="0"></iframe></p>
