We are sending plain text emails to our cells phones as text msgs, i.e. XXXXXXXXXX@txt.att.net. They look great in a T-mobile msg but the text msg coming through ATT has extra symbols like upside down question marks taking the place of spaces in the message. Makes it hard to read. Any ideas on how to fix this?

My research indicates that this is a known issue with some phones. However, I haven't been able to find a solution as yet. Hopefully, my colleagues have a suggestion or two to resolve this while I continue to hunt down a solution of my own.
