We asked for an upgrade, not a refund

    yesterday we sent you an email asking why you didn't process the upgrade from Free Plan to premium Plan.


    Instead of upgrading our account as requested, you refunded our credit card!


    We didn't want a refund: we need only an upgrade.


    Please tell us exactly how we can upgrade our account from Free to Premium.

    Hello stellaservice,

    According to my colleague, Mike_T from this post, He just canceled and refunded your subscription order due to the lack of username in the payment process.  This is  why your subscription was just canceled and refunded to you.  

    But this does not mean we're rejecting your upgrade.  What we'd like for you to do is to resubscribe with us so for your username to be included in the order for proper processing and organization of records.

    Once you follow and subscribe from the link provided, your account will automatically be upgraded.
