    Sandbox Test Mode undefined

    I am creating an application form. As part of the process the application fee is being collected using the Authorize.net integration. I have signed up for an Authorize.net Developer account and put in the API Login ID and Transaction Key according to the instructions here: http://www.jotform.com/help/221-Run-your-form-using-Auth-net-payment-tool-in-Emulator-Mode. After I go to Show Properties and set Sandbox Test Mode to yes I go back to Show Properties and Sandbox Test Mode is showing up as undefined. When I do a Test Integration I am getting the message "The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive." I have already tried it after creating a new Transaction Key.

    Hi,

    I've fixed it for you. All you need to do is to select "Yes" from the Sandbox Test Mode settings. Make sure to save the changes before testing the form.

     

    If you will continue to experience the issue, I would suggest using another browser and check it from there. But so far, I cannot replicate it using IE 11 in Windows 8.1 and IE9 in Windows 7.
