I got this message from an applicant, "twice yesterday i tried to fill out/submit the crafters application. both times the screen froze just after pushing "submit" . the "please wait" text was stuck there. both times i gave it over twenty min. i have a fairly fast mac, all photos were under 250kb and product description below 25 words."
This is the only incident. I can submit the form, and have successfully received an application since. This happened apparently on the 20th. Are there browser settings that could block the "submit" or going to Paypal. Was it perhaps a momentary server glitch? Other reasons?

Have you tried already clearing your browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try?

It works fine for me; its just the end user and only the one person I have heard this from. I can suggest she clear cache and cookies. Are there any other end user pitfalls apparently causing the screen to remain waiting after "submit" that you are aware of? In case there are it that would be good to know about them in case some other end user else has an issue.

How long will that video link be available? It might be handy to show users if that's possible or OK.

The "Please Wait.." message replace the "Submit" text when a form is attempting to submit the data from the user's computer to our server. If the user gets stuck on that stage of the form submission, then there must be something wrong with the connection between the user's browser/computer and our server.
If it is working on your end, and all the others', then I am confident to say that the problem is with that applicant's connection. Kindly ask him/her to submit the form using a different network connection to see if the problem is network-related.
