Hi, I wanted to pint out an error I get on the REMINDER function for the autoworkflow.
My approval is setup to send out reminders every second day with the 'Approve' and 'Decline' buttons. I note however, that when a person tries to approve or decline via the reminder (if they havene't done so as yet), the message that pops up is that the task has been completed. But if you go to the orignal (first) email aproval you can approve or decline via there with no issue.
Can you please look into this?

Hi,
I cloned and tested your form, and set the reminder to be sent after 1 hour for testing purposes.
However I was unable to reproduce the issue, and when I received the reminder, I was able to choose the action and complete the task from the link in the reminder email.
After clicking decline the system registered the decline:
May I ask you to turn the reminder email off, and then turn it back on again?
You don't have to do this for all of the emails at once, first just test it with one email.
If that would not help, could you specify if this happens on all of the reminder emails in the approval flow, or is it a specific approval in the flow where the reminder link does not work correctly? -

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have turned it on and off again and seems to be working fine now.
