when receiving a form by email, the following check boxes when ticked do not appear in the message:
- PAIN DE MOUSSE
- TYPE DE RESINE
- JotForm SupportEltonCrisAnswered on February 23, 2014 at 04:01 AM
It seems some of the field variables including the fields you've mentioned are missing on your form notification.
This is the reason why they do not appear on the email. Recreating your notification email should fixed the problem. Just delete the existing notification email and create a new one.
