This may depend on the type of payment you are speaking of. If you are refering to the payments that are perform on the payments added to you forms. Then you will need to access the web service that was used on your payment tool to access those payment.
eg. If you used the PayPal Payment tool, access your PayPal account to review the payments that have been made to you.
If you are refering to an upgrade you have attempted to perform on your JotForm account. Normally the upgrade should take place shortly after performing the payment. In the case you feel it has taking too long for the upgrade to be performed. Kindly reply to us informing us on this, an do provide the transaction id of the order that refers to the upgrtade you wanted to perform. This way we can assist your further.
