Matrix Dynamique: Part of the form submission is missing

    Dear Support,

    I have tested the above form just now.

    I then viewed the submissions on Jotform using the export to excel option.

    I answered YES to question

    Does the applicant have any siblings CURRENTLY attending Coláiste Iognáid?

    I then complete the 3 fields of the Matrix Dynamique.

    These 3 fields do not transfer the data to the completed submission.

    Could you check please?

    Hello,

    When you were filling out the form did you make sure to hit the save and another row? If you don't hit the save button they won't be part of the submission.

    Hi Parker,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I did not hit that button, as I did not need to add another row I thought it would save the entry.

    I will get a few others to test it, do you expect this would happen frequently?

    Hi Margaret,

    Good question. I agree that there could be a more fail-proof frontend for Matrix Dynamique -widget.

    You could create a new thread to request a better frontend for the widget if you feel that losing customer data is a risk. Name the thread "Matrix Dynamique: New frontend without a chance for not saving customer data" and explain the issue pointing to this thread.
