Removing Jotform embedded in Safari

  • Karen Shapiro
Asked on September 23, 2021 at 10:24 AM

    Hello,

I was sent a form to fill out on Jotform a couple of months ago and it is embedded Safari. I've been trying to remove it to no avail. If I knew this would happen I wouldn't have filled out the form.

Please let me know how I can remove it.

I do not know how to code.

    Thank you!

    Karen Shapiro

The error message means that there are incomplete fields. You need to finish all form fields before submitting the form.

May I know what do you want to remove? You can click the "Go Back" link to complete or finish the form. You can also open the form to fill it out again. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/form/210727909165359

Is that what you're trying to ask?

No it’s not. I filled out the form long ago. I sent you the link and photo to show you what I’ve been left with. There is nothing to fill out. The message is all there is when I click on the tab and the tab is there permanently. I cannot remove the tab.
How to I remove the tab &/or any connection to jotform?
I cannot find it on my computer anywhere.
    Thanks.

    Thank you for trying.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't have a Safari Browser at the moment to test it, could you please check your Favorites and check if you can see if there's any Form Name Title or JotForm related? Here's a guide:

Go to Bookmarks -> Favourites and then edit your Favourites.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

According to my colleague, it is a Pinned tab. To remove it, please follow the screenshot guide:
