Downgrade my account

    How do I adjust the plan I am on? I was not aware that it would auto-renew the payment. I saw it pop up on my AMEX this month. I plan on purchasing a plan again, but it is not needed as of now.

    Hello janisw08,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have downgraded your account successfully. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until March 15, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
