    Is it possibleto copy or clone notification emails?

    I need to set up 8 almost identical notification emails. Is it possible to create one and make copies of it which I can then edit accordingly?

    Hello NRCsupport,

    Unfortunately, there is no built in feature to clone the notification alert.

    But you can copy the complete html code of your email alert template and paste it in the new one. Please check the screenshot below:

    Thanks, I'll try that. It should save a whole lot of typing.

    By the wy i it possible to change the names of the emails to something more meaningful than "notification 2"

    Thanks. I never thought of trying to edit that diagonal banner text.
