form does not calculate total despite checking it.Asked by Donovan on February 24, 2014 at 12:37 AM
I'm trying to create an order purchase form with the payment widget so as to calculate payment total for my customers on the form. However, when i copy the code from jotform to my squarespace website, the total does not calculate on the form. Please advice.
Secondly, i tried creating categories on my form but once i paste the code over to squarespace, there are problems with the form. It is too squashed up together and the form collapse is lost.
Hello Donovan,It seems that there are some code conflict between your form scripts and the other scripts or JS / jquery library of your web page. That is the reason your page break or the calculation scripts are not working.I would suggest you to please embed your form using your form's iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you grab iFrame embed code : http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-CodeHope this helps.Do get back to us if you have any questions.Thank you!
