I am new to jotform and i am looking forward to using it on my upcoming website. I see this product have great potential.

On the pricing page, the free account  has Available Space 10 MB =100 MB. I do not understand this.

does it mean if 10 visitors upload stuff totalling 100 MB in a day using my form then no one else can upload anything?

    WIll like to know

    Hi liltrig3

"Available Space 10 MB =100 MB" means that whereas before only 10 MB (megabytes) of upload space was available in Free accounts, it is now 100 MB. Please see this blog post.

Your account limit is 100 MB. So, when the total size of all uploads reach that limit, your forms will not be able to accept any more. It has nothing to do with if that limit is reached within an hour, day, week, month, year or any other period of time. Moreover, unlike submission quotas which are reset monthly, available upload space is not reset. In order to regain space, old submissions will need to be saved to your computer (assuming you want to keep them) and then deleted, as in your JotForm account, files cannot be deleted separately from the submissions via which they would have been sent.

If you need additional clarification, by all means let us know. We will be glad to explain the subject further.
