Unable to download PDF from the JotForm Mobile app

    Hello! I'm testing my approval email the the workflow below on my mobile and I'm receiving an error message when I click to download the PDF. A screenshot of the error is included below. How can we resolve this issue? I changed the settings on the form to be public, that it still isn't working.
