    JotForm Account Over Quota

    Dear JotForm team!

    I did not set up my form as a SSL submission form. The form is implemented via iframe in my website and I did make sure that the html which directs to jotform is set on "http://" and not "https://" - so where's the problem?

    Please help and fix this as soon as possible because the count is already on 10 SLL - which I actually did not use...

    Hello Holger,

    I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.

    Please share your web page URL where you have your form embed and we will take a look. Unless submissions are sent from a secure form, it will not be counted as SSL submissions.

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    The websites URL where the form is used is: http://www.buehler-pfalz.de/#!bestellformular/c1ar

    As mentioned in y first email - there's no secure transmission via https://

    Here's the URL provided by JotForm: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/40444997455365

    And YES I did make sure that the checkbox "secure" is UNCHECKED.

    Please take a look and advice how I can apply changes that the problem won't accure in the future.

    Hello Holger,

    Upon checking your web page, I found that you are using your form's secure iFrame embed code. That is the reason submissions are counted as SSL submissions. Please check the screenshot below:

    As you can see in the above image that you are still using the secure URL of form which will result in receiving secure submissions.

    Here are the steps you should follow to grab the non secure embed code of your form:

    1. Load your form in editor.

    2. Click on "Setup & Embed" and then click "Embed Form"

    3. Choose your desired embed method and ensure that the "Secure Form" checkbox is unchecked:

    Thank you very much - you were right (of course)... I already went through the steps (unchecking the "secure" checkbox) but somehow the changes weren't applied in my html-editor.
    Hope this time it works!

    Bom dia,

    Gostaria de saber como faço para ter a quota normalizada. Em que data isso ocorrerá. No momento não estou podendo fazer upgrade, mas pretendo fazê-lo depois.

    Para agora gostaria de saber se há possibilidade de zerar a cota para que eu possa voltar a utilizar normalmente.
