Hi,
I have just discovered Jotform, and I wanted to test if I could use it to solve some workflow issues.
I tried building one form with succes.Then I tried to create two additional forms, but suddenly I got this message on screen:
"Form not found. This form is disabled" (see screenshot)
I hitted the "back" button and got this screen:
Where I was able to see my forms, but trying to edit resultet in the error above.
I tried to logout, and noticed tha my username no longer was my name, bur something like: "ddghtf_guestuser#_434" (I didnt pay to much attention to that, at this point)
And then I could not log in again, getting the error "Login failed - Email or password did not match. " Even though I am 100% sure it was the correct password.
What went wrong? Is this an issue I will face a lot if I choose to use Jotform for work? Can my forms be recovered?

Greetings,
You are unable to acces your forms because the account got autosuspended. The password field in one of your forms triggered the suspension.
Kindly note that collecting any type of credentials through forms is strictly prohibited and may result in instant account suspension. For more details, you can check our terms from the link below.

I've removed the offending field from your form and reactivated your account.

Thank you very much.
I was trying to make at method for people to edit previous entered data - but only content related to themselv.
I will avoid voilating the terms again.

I checked your account, and I can see that it is currently in good status and not suspended.
Kindly clear your browser's cache or log in with another browser to see if that'll help.
