Adding a form to one column of a two column Dreamweaver CS4 page

Asked by scclng on July 12, 2011 at 11:09 AM

I need to add a jotform to one column in a Dreamweaver CS4 page that has two columns - one smaller than the other.  I am trying to add the form to the smaller column.  I was told to:

First, use the "Form Width" property on the form builder. Set it to the maximum width for that column.

Then,  change the code on the page to IFrame Code. On the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "IFrame".

But when I did this and added the form to Dreamweaver, the column area just kept flashing with no text showing.  I copied the IFrame code jotform gave me.

I provided the URL link.  The form you see on that page is a non-functioning form.  It was created when I used HubSpot hosting.  When I got off HubSpot, obviously the forms now longer work which is what brought me to try JotForm.  I was successful at getting JotForm on my contact us page - but that's not a multi column page.

    Hi,

Please embed your form on that page using iframe codes and leave it like that so we can inspect the page and find out what's causing the form to not display.

We look forward to hear from you soon. Thanks!
