I have a document in google docs tht I want to inlcude in a survey. I want to get people's reactions to the document.
How do I embed a link in a Jot Forms survey so that readers can access this document and then return to the survey and give me their reaction to the document?

There are two options to to achieve your requirement:
1. Build a form and add a "Text" field to show a hyperlink to your google docs. Users can click on the hyperlink which will load your google docs in a new window and come back to the form to complete the survey. Please take a look at the following demo form which I have created: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40543654971964
2. Another way is to embed your google doc in the form itself. It will display/load your google doc in the same form which your users can review and scroll down to input survey. Idea is to add a "Text" field in form and use iFrame to embed the google doc in the form. Please take a look at the following form and see if this suits your need: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40544893197970
