Why were we upgraded?

    I recieved an email congratulating me that our account was upgraded to premium, but no one remembers taking action to do that. Was it an auto-upgrade?

    Hello,

    You have an active subscription to Jotform and your account was just renewed. Kindly check your invoice under https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing if you want to cancel the subscription just click on My Plan then click on Switch Plan Or let us know so we can cancel the subscription from our end.
