I'm working on a form that I want to lead to one of multiple pages depending on the choice(s) selected out of a Checkbox object. Let's say that there are 5 choices for the Checkbox object, and that the user can choose any number of those selections. If order is not relevent, then that leaves me with 31 different combinations of those five selections. Would I have to create a seperate condition and seperate Thank You page for each combination, or is there a way for a website to read the results and generate content based on the selections made.
Basically, my plan is to have my clients use this form, and then have them directed to a series of links that have been generated based on the selections made in the Checkbox object. How would I go about doing this?

Hi, you will need to create a separte condition to redirect to a different URL, when you click on Conditions.
Select "Change Thank You URL after submission" to redirect to a different link.
Then set the condition, add the link, and click save.
To add a new one, click on Add a New Condition, and do the same again.
Once you are done, make click on finish, and make sure to save. Hope this helps you, let us know if you need more assistance.

I'm aware of the "Change Thank You URL" function. I was hoping there was a more effecient method than setting up 31 different conditions with 31 different Thank You URLs.

Unfortunatelly at this moment they need to be manually created, both the conditions, and the thank you pages. But perhaps if you share more details we can find a more pleasant way to achieve the desired results.
Let us know please if you need more assistance.

Thank you, Carina.
I wanted to develop a form that clients or volunteers use for an intake process for our nonprofit. Basically, the intake form would have a section for Areas of Risk that the client falls under. Once the form is submitted, I wanted a page to be displayed with different links to learning resources depending on what Areas of Risk are identified in the application. It would basically be a list of sources and look something like a search engine.
Is there way to append data to a URL? Or some similar function that sends the data to the "Thank You" URL?

Thanks for the explanation.
We have a workaround to post info to Thank you page, however, it works only with the same data submitted through your form: Send POST Data From JotForm Using PHP in Custom Thank You Page
Unfortunately, unless my colleagues can come up with further insights, I think the only way to accomplish what you need is by creating separated multiple Thank you pages and set conditions for them.
You may start working on the multiple Thank you pages while we try to look for a better solution. May be making a little search we can find something help and if we do, we will inform you as soon as possible, otherwise maybe my colleagues have better ideas.
