design a form and put the customer fields to capture freely when in the mail does not arrive detailed confirmation which wrote there how can I correct it?

If you are not receiving the complete information your form users submit, it is most likely that you need to update the Notification content by creating a new one. It is possible that you edited/added some new fields to your form, but the Notification content did not update automatically.
So, to create a new notification simply follow this guide: Setting up email notifications
