im testing the form, but when it's submited, i am not receiving any emails. is the server block?

Hi, in order to make sure you will be getting the amail notifications to the email address you have set up, you need to make a live test, in the preview mode of your form.
Upon checking your email notification, I see that the Reply-to Email fields is left as None, please make sure to filled out all fields like this:
I checked your emails, and I see they were not in our bounce list. If the issue persist I would recommend you to whitelist our domain names:(We use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.)· jotform.com· email.amazonses.com· amazonses.com· jotform.co· secure.jotform.co· s3.amazonaws.com· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
