Is there a way to parse out paypal products so they don't all end up in one cell in excel?

Asked by RFFOD on February 24, 2014 at 04:56 PM

We are using paypal in our form and users are able to select mutiple products plus quantities and sizes.  When I download the data to excel, all of this information ends up in one cell for that transaction.  This makes it nearly impossible to total what people have purchased other than manually.  Is there a way to change this so the various items are downloaded into multiple excel cells?

Unfortunately, it is not possible as of the moment. A workaround is to separate them with excel formula. Please refer to this guide for a similar output. http://www.jotform.com/answers/214003. If you have difficulties, let us know the form in question so we can provide you example.
