cant find how to cancel on your website, very confusing. please let me know or go ahead and downgrade to the free version for me now. I am not ready to use the paid system yet. thank you

It appears that you, or someone else from our team, have already cancelled your Premium subscription. Cancelling your premium or professional subscription will not affect your forms in any way.
Your account will only revert back to its free status. If you cancelled way before your subscription's billing date, your account shall stay as premium or professional until the time you have paid for expires.
