Cannot access mobile app

    hello


    i tried to access the forms via mobile app and the HIPPA forms I made didn't show up. i deleted the app and tried to log back in on the cell phone and now I'm getting an alert that username/password is not recognized for both the HIPPA app and the regular orange app. please assist -- I need to send patients forms and I'm stuck

    We apologize for the inconvenience. The account/username you used on this ticket is DrTess90210

    I checked the account and it is active and forms are available.

    I assumed it was also the account/username you're using in the Mobile Forms app.

    If you have forgotten the log in password, you can reset using the account email.

    No, i haven't forgotten the password. It's possible the app needed to be updated. To be honest, since this message to you I haven't attempted mobile access because I've been crazy busy working on other set-up things for the virtual practice.


    I'll attempt to log-in via mobile later this week and follow up.

    everything is fine. i removed the app from my phone - redownloaded it and logged in with no problem. thanks for your help.
