I created 2 original forms and cloned them each twice, making 6 fors. I believe I had upgraded my account but that should not matter. I cannot find any of my forms in my account. I also did a test using one of the forms on my website and have not received any submission.
Can you please look into this as soon as possible.

Upon checking your account, I found that all your forms (9 forms) are already there in your account. If you are still unable to see the forms in your account, you may like to clear your browser cache and that should solve your problem. I did check your form's notification email as well and found that the recipient email address email@example.com is in your bounce list for following reason:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 sender rejected. IB504 - 188.8.131.52
I have removed it from our bounce it and it should be working fine now. You need to take a closer look at the bounce reason and take corrective steps. The custom "Sender Email" you have added in your notification alert seems to be getting rejected. May be you have "Recipient Email" and "Sender email" as same. Try changing the "Recipient email" or "Sender Email" to some other email address and that should solve your problem.
