People fil out the forms and submit them, but they don't forward to my email inbox at either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have to come to this site, sign in and then go to the inbox here.

I could check that your email@example.com was IN the bounce list:
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <00000140a1d07344-049f9b09-8778-4c= firstname.lastname@example.org> sender rejected. IB504'
I removed it. The other email wasn't in the bounce list. I created a copy of your email notification and added both email addresses and did a test submission. The sender email is email@example.com. Can you confirm if you received it on both accounts?
