Our recent mails logs show that form emails were successfully delivered to your email address. I don't see an error too, and your email address is not listed into our bounce list.
Please check your Spam Folder then add email@example.com to your safe sender list. And since you are using a custom address, I would suggest to whitelist our IP Addresses and Domains. Check this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
