    Our recent mails logs show that form emails were successfully delivered to your email address. I don't see an error too, and your email address is not listed into our bounce list. 

    Please check your Spam Folder then add to your safe sender list. And since you are using a custom address, I would suggest to whitelist our IP Addresses and Domains. Check this guide: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
