Cancelling my account

    I need to cancel my jotform account but I can't log in to Plimus.  Please cancel my account for me.

    Hi Kerry,

    As per your request, I have already cancelled your Premium subscription. Since it was cancelled way before your next billing date, your account shall stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.

    Your account will revert back to free status thereafter. Your forms and account information will stay intact even if it is just a free account. Thank you for doing business with Jotform. Good luck and more power!
