If more than 3 stars, skip to a page...

I've created an anonymous feedback form for our employees that include statements and star ratings.

In the conditions logic settings, if 1 or 2 stars are selected, we want the next field in the form (a long text field) to show so that they can elaborate.

However, if 3 or more stars are selected, we want to skip over the long text field and go to the next question.

The trouble I'm running into is the value on the skip to a page settings.

What is the value of a star rating?

You can add its number value e.g. 4,5

For your condition, I think using Greater Than state is the most appropriate like the following so 4, and 5 ratings will skip the field you want.
