I am using a form in my online webstore to collective delivery information. My store is for the Hong Kong market, and I would like to know when the form is submitted to the fulfillment agent, is the time and dateof the received form reflecting local HK time? As I am based in Switzerland, I cannot tell what time is posted on all the confirmation emails since the email goes to several people in Europe and Hong Kong.

It depends upon the recipient’s email server’s time-zone. If they have set their system time to local HK time, then yes, they have local time. But, if their server is set to different time-zone, or is located anywhere but HK, chances are their time is not synchronized. To be sure, just ask your fulfillment agents to set email time-zones to their local time. That should fix your problem.
Hope this helps! If you do have further issues, please feel free to contact us again.
