a client filling out my questionnaire that the following message and sent me a screenshot of it:
Your credentials could not be authenticated. You will not be permitted access until your credentials can be verified. This is typically caused by an incorrect username and/or password.
If you are a guest, please click here to obtain a temporary guest ID and password."
I do not have a login for the questionnaire. What would have caused this?Page URL:
