Hi, I can receive email notifications and the information is correct, but the email 'from' part is always the same name 'Rocea Greenway" ?

Sender Name is taken from one of your form field "Name" as of checking your current setup, so I think whatever entered on the Name field will be used as the Sender Name. I'm not sure how that differs from "From" name. Please try to recreate your email notification, delete the existing notification and create a new one. See if this helps.
Another alternative solution that hopefully might help is to enable "From Email", please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Notification-Sender-Email-Address-with-Mandrill

Maybe I didn't make myself clear, I know the sender name should come from the 'name' field but in my case whatever name is entered into the 'name' field I get the same name 'Rocea Greenway' coming up in the header of the email - as you can see from the screen shoot. I have tried deleting the notification email and creating a new one but to no avail?

I cannot reproduced the problem. It works just fine on my end when I tested the form here.
Do you happen to know who "Rocea Greenway" is? Perhaps you are getting submissions from another form? Do you have any other form embedded on your site? Do you used email forwarding or similar? Please check what email address associated with the account Rocea Greenway? Perhaps this name is added on your contact list with email email@example.com? Can you please review?

Thank you, you've cracked it. The name Rocea Greenway had become associated with noreply@jotform in my email address - deleted it and it works fine. Cheers!
