    Applying fixed amount coupon stops the form from redirecting to PayPal

    My clients are saying they are not given an option to pay at the end of the form.  What is wrong with my paypal integration.  This is for my "The Atlanta Business Project Application".

    I have performed a submission to your form, and it appears that the PayPal Payment tool works properly, when selected prior to submitting, it does redirect you to PayPal checkout:

    I do also see that your PayPal payment tool is not set to required. So if the user does not select any of the 3 payment options. They will submit the form, but they wont be redirected to PayPal for checkout:

    Kindly check on the required options of your payment tool.

    Ok it's still not redirecting me.
    Here's what I did:
    - Picked a package ($399)
    - Entered coupon code "meetupmixer"
    - Click Submit
    I was immediately sent to my "Congratulations" page. I did not see the
    paypal payment option.
    I also made the payment option "required".

    Hello Erica,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I am able to replicate the same problem you are having. I did try to send you few test submissions but for some reason your form was not redirected to PayPal page after applying the coupon code.

    I am creating a bug report and sending it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We were rolling out updates to the coupon system (limit by number of use/expiration date), and this has caused the problemm you have described.

    I have just released a fix, so things should work out normally.
