Booking multiple appointments

Hi there

In my PRIOR WORKSHOP BOOKING form I would like people to be able to book multiple appointment dates on the calendar in one booking. I would like only date and time be available, but each person booking can book multiple dates and times in the same form. At the moment it will only let me book one session.

Please note that on the appointment field you can book only one date/time slot. It currently does not have the option to book more than one time/date.

You will need to add additional appointment fields if you want to book more than one date.

And how to I only allow one appointment slot to be available. For example- someone books the 10.30am, how can this slot be unavailable for the next person booking?

Please edit the appointment field, go to the advanced tab, select group appointment:

Once you do that you will see a new field shown for "max. attendee per time slot". Mention that as 1.

This will ensure that each time slot can be selected by only one person. After that the time slot gets disabled for selection.
