Send files to to Monday.com

    Dear, I am integrating jotform to Monday.com, the problem I have is when a client sends a file (pdf, jpg, doc.) The file is not loaded directly in the file column of the dashboard, is this possible?

    I tested the Monday.com integration and the uploaded files are sent properly.

    Please note that the integration is sending the uploaded file URL.

    Are uploaded files not sent on your end? To which form is the issue related? You can re-integrate the form with Monday.com to see if that will resolve the issue.
