Jotform Inbox > Encrypted Form: Some fields are not decrypting

    Hi Support,

    For the last few days when I view a Jotform submission in the Jotform Inbox some of the fields are not decrypting. As an example please see the following screenshot.

    When I view the form via 'Submissions' all the data is decrypted. It is only when viewing in the Jotform Inbox that the problem occurs.

    I have tried the following suggestions made in other support form threads; using a different browser, using incognito mode, removing the private key and clearing the cache; all without any success.

    I would be grateful for your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I'll report this issue to our developers. If there is any update, we will info you here.

    For now, please use Tables to view your data.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I checked the ticket status and it is still on "Opened" status. It was already assigned to one of our dev team and still being work of for a fix.
