Please try removing the Old Map Embed Code and grab a new one from Google and Re-Embed the New Code onto your form. I think that what happened here was it may have broke because of the recent update with google's api since they updated several things within their platform including spreadsheets and maps. When I retested it via a brand new map embed code it is working as it should. Please see my test form with the location working and shown below.

Unfortunately this solution only solves the problem in one map and not in the others. Furthermore, when i see a preview of my form is ok but when i use iframe to embed the form in my site, then the problem appears again.

    Any other solution?

Can you please share to us URL of your website where your form is embedded for us to investigate the issue and for further assistance?

Thanks for providing the the URL of your webpage.

Does this behavior happens when using a other method to embed your form, other than iframe code?

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the main cause of the issue yet. I made some tests with one of my forms and it works correctly.

We will continue looking into this issue in order to find the cause and the solution, once I have found something helpful I will update you via this thread.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hi again Timothy,

Please apologize for the long time this is taking to be resolved. I wanted to inform you that I am still working in a cloned version of your form. Even though I cannot reproduce the issue in a new form, the cloned form continues giving the problem. I have tried removin the current mape codes and readding them, but does not work, I have also tried removing the conditions, changing the theme with no results.

I would recommend you to try creating a copy of the form, but recreating it not cloning it in the meant time. I will do some other tests with the form but if have no luck, I will forward this issue to our next level support, unless one of my colleagues have an insight on this.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hello again Timothy,

Please accept my sincere apologies for not responding earlier. After long time of troubleshooting this issue, I was able to find the cause of this wrong behavior, at last. The maps do not show the marker or are not centered in the specified location only when the maps are hidden by default due to conditions or if they are in a second page so they load hidden and not in the first page of the form.

Check this cloned version of your form:

As you can see, the markers and the specific location of each map is correctly shown. To accomplish that I disabled the conditions of the form and removed the first Page Break, so all the maps are loaded in the first page of the form.

In the beguining I thought that the big number of maps could have been affecting the correct functioning of the maps, but then I created a form, embedded the code of one of the maps and hid it with conditions, but even when it was just one map, it did not show the location nor the marker. So, the number of forms has nothing to do in this issue.

    Here it is:

So, in conclusion, the maps does not show the exact location and its marker because the maps are hidden and in a second page of the form.

I tried some alternatives to avoid this issue by using Form collapses and have the conditions enabled, but it did not work.

So, I have forwarded this issue to our next level support so that they can help us to resolve it or to give us an alternative workaround.

We will inform you via this thread once our dev team has any available information on this progress.

    Your patience is highly appreciated.
