I created a form using my authorize.net account. I went to test it out but it says that there is an error that I must fix the mistake and try again but I filled everything out?

    Error during transaction
    This transaction cannot be accepted.

Please go back and fix this

    Hello,

    I see what you mean:

Sorry about that - please get a new transaction key by following this guide, and re-integrate your form.

Delete the current Authorize.net field, then add a new one with the new Transaction Key and API login ID

Let us know if that helped.

When you checked this on your end usually Authorize.NET will throw some sort of Error Code that is mixed in the Message with a string. If so then can you please provide us with that exact Error Code Message you were seeing on your end at the time?

Additionally, I tried to figure out which form you had this happen on but I am not yet sure which one it is so if you could provide us with a link directly to that form so we can help you troubleshoot it more then that would be very much appreciated.

Please pardon my original response and thank you for the confirmation of that. I think I managed to find your form but I'm glad to see that I found the correct one so I appreciate that. Also at the time, I did not see my colleague's screenshot beforehand for some reason but at any rate I take it based on your above answer that's the same response you got.

My first thought is that there may be some sort of configuration in your Authorize.NET account that probably is not set up correctly. The reason I say that is because when I ran the Test Integration on your form to check the connection to your Authorize.NET account it came back " This Transaction Cannot Be Accepted ". Please double-check your keys and your account Also make sure there are no spaces appearing if you are copying and pasting them.

I will continue to try to figure out what is happening here to see if I can find the cause of the problem which may take some time so I will have to get back with you later about it once I know more.

This Transaction Cannot Be Accepted error usually means that your Authorize.net log in credentials are incorrect or your Transaction Key is not working.

I have checked your https://secure.jotform.us/form/40338230509145 form, and received 'Integration successfully tested' message. That form should be ready to accept payments. Please also make sure that you use correct Authorize.Net API Login ID and Transaction Key on other payment forms.

    Thank you.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Does the error occur to ALL transaction attempts?

    Hello ducartours,

There are a number of possibilities to why this error is happening. One of which is entering an incorrect API key and Transaction ID.  But in order to help you with your concern in a more detailed fashion, I'm moving your question to a new thread. We'll answer your concern there.

    Thanks for your understanding.
